골프지도자의 서비스 이미지가 골프연습장 재구매에 미치는 영향

This study was intending to analyze what influence of a golf instructor’s service image for effective business of a golf driving range has on business of golf driving range, and deduced the results as follows through SPSS 20.0 for Windows around the research questionnaire. This study confirmed the establishment of a positive influence relationship on repurchase in the order of the quality, guidance method, and professional consciousness among the service images of a golf driving range instructor. The results and discussions from this research are arranged as follows: Looking into the positive business plan for a golf driving range with focus on a golf instructor, the quality of a golf instructor is the most important, and an instructor is required to be positive. Also, a golf instructor is required to be equipped with professionalism, a reliable guidance method and professional consciousness. As discussed previously, there are customers who perceive golf instructors as a part of services provided by a golf driving range, so this study thinks that it’s necessary to get them to have the perception that they are the main entity providing services and also a manager representing a driving range, together with provision of a necessary environment for them rather than getting them to have the professional consciousness.
