The Analysis of Clinical Feature and Prognosis of Patients with Aortic Dissection

Objective To explore the clinical feature and prognosis of patients with aortic dissection(AD).Methods Select 100 cases of AD patients that were treated in our hospital from July 1997 to June 2007,retrospectively analyzed their clinical data,pathogeny and inducement,anamnesis,symptom,test result,treatment and prognosis.Results The symptom of type A and type B AD patients has obvious difference in pain,abdomen pain and heart-throb(P0.05),but not different in chest pain,radiative pain,ambulant pain and swoon(P0.05);The difference of the two type patients in pericardial effusion,thorax effusion and aortic diastolic murmur has statistical significance(P0.05);Inhospital mortality rate of type A patients is higher than type B(P0.05).Conclusion Hypertension is more common among AD patients,pain is the most common symptom,CT and MRI are effective for the diagnosis of aortic dissection.
