Experience with a Mumps Based System for Clinical Chemistry

A MUMPS based laboratory system is described which has been implemented during the merging of two large clinical biochemical departments within new premises. The success of the project to date is attributed to the versatility of the software and the speed with which it was altered to suit a rapidly changing working environment.
