Libraries' organizational climate is the librarian's perceptions of environmental characteristics.It can affect the librarian's enthusiasm,commitment and work performance,thereby affect the quality of the service for readers.Based on ClimateQUALTM evaluation index system,developing system management and good interpersonal relationship and librarian’ s belonging sense and innovative atmosphere can improve organizational climate.
