Polymeric films containing immobilized chemosensors with anthryl signal moiety which can be used for development of sensor systems, ionic liquids, OLED materials, liquid crystals were obtained Their spectral luminescent properties and complexation of metal cations were investigated by methods of electron absorption/emission spectroscopy. Polymethylmethacrylate films containing 2-{[2-(anthracene-9-yl)-3-(pyridine-2-ylmethyl)imidazolidin-1-yl]methyl}pyridine or (anthracene-9-ylmethyl)(4,5-dimethoxy-2-morpholine-4-ylphenyl)amine display rather low activity towards zinc, copper, cadmium, mercury cations but represent effective sensors for protons. Polymethylmethacrylate film based on 2-amino-4-(anthracene-9-yl)-3-cyano-4H-benzothieno[3,2-b]pyran is highly selective and highly effective chemosensor for mercury cations which action is based on the total quenching of initial fluorescence.
