An Effective Training: Establishing a New Vocational Training Mode Taking "Behavior Change" as the Goal

The poor effectiveness is the biggest problem of vocational training in our country at present and the reason is that there are misunderstandings on the goal and standard settings of vocational training. According to the most widely used and the most influential training evaluation tool-"Kirkpatrick Model", the paper proposes that our country should establish a new vocational training mode and system taking "behavior change" as the goal so as to fundamentally improve the effectiveness of the vocational training.
