The invention discloses a separation technology for a product containing antibacterial peptide. The separation technology comprises the following specific steps: (1) centrifuging fermentation liquor containing the antibacterial peptide product by a disk centrifuge, keeping the revolving speed at 6500-7000 rpm and the separation factor at 1:10 to 1:15; (2) feeding the filtrate in the step (1) to a double-effect evaporator to obtain a solution with a solid content of 15-25%, adding a carrier wheat bran in the filtered out bacteria and a large-particle culture medium to prepare a byproduct feed additive; (3) conducting spray drying to the solution containing the antibacterial peptide product in the step (2) to obtain the antibacterial peptide product. The invention aims to provide the separation technology for the product containing the antibacterial peptide which is low in investment, easy to clean, high in yield, and suitable for industrial large-scale production.
