바이오가스에서 분리한 CO2가 온실 자재에 미치는 영향

Korea's horticulture industry has developed rapidly in the production and dissemination of agricultural films. After that, the insulating intensive cultivation facilities were established throughout the country using galvanized pipe and flexible film. Hydrogen sulfide and methane contained in the biogas can be another factor that may cause an adverse effect on the materials or greenhouse crop. In this study, by using a membrane separation method, purified CO2 from organic waste biogas was supplied. In this process, the impact of ingredients contains in biogas on greenhouse material was analyzed. The experiment was divided into three conditions, The first condition was fertilizing with general CO2(Greenhouse-1). The second conditions were fertilizing with CO2 purified from biogas(Greenhouse-2). The third condition was non-fertilized under normal atmospheric conditions(Greenhouse-3). Experimental results, transmission, the tensile strength of the covering material were measured similarly in the three conditions. SEM, EDS analysis results, content of O, S the surface of the pipe material was higher in the second greenhouse.
