Short sprout grafting method for myrica rubra dongkui

2014
The invention discloses a short sprout grafting method for myrica rubra dongkui. The short sprout grafting method comprises a scion preparation step, a grafting step and a post-grafting management step. The method comprises the following specific steps: cutting a one-year-old healthy branch being 0.6-0.8 centimeter in diameter, and cutting the branch into a scion being 8 centimeters or 4 centimeters in lengths; shallowly cutting one side of the lower end of the scion once, wherein a wooden part is kept slightly, the cutting surface is 3 centimeters in length, the back side is cut into an oblique plane being 45 degrees, and the tangent plane is straight and smooth; performing remote bench grafting on a one-year-old rootstock by using a remote bench grafting method; grafting twice, leaving a branch height being 7-10 centimeters on the rootstock, pre-cutting, selecting a smooth side between the wooden part and a bark part with slight wood, vertically cutting with a grafting knife in such a manner that the depth is slighter smaller than the long cutting surface of the scion, inserting the cut scion into the kerf of the rootstock, forming layer-to-layer alignment on the same side in such a manner than the upper part of the cutting surface of the scion is 2 millimeters higher than the cross section of the rootstock, binding the interface and the scion from bottom to top with a plastic film belt being 1-2 centimeters, tightening the interface, and keeping moisture of the scion; allowing the rootstock to germinate 20 days after bench grafting, removing rootstock buds in time, and keeping rootstock leaves.
