When the braces are used, the upper teeth and the lower teeth of a patient enter the upper teeth groove and the lower teeth groove to tightly bite, the two electrodes keep contact with the portions, on the same side as the electrodes, of the tongue root and the soft palate, the power supply is powered on, the voltage is regulated to enable the patient to feel comfortable and the muscles to slightly contract, oppression and narrowing deformation which are generated on the pharyngeal respiratory tract by backward falling of the tongue root and the soft palate are avoided, and therefore the purpose of eliminating a snoring disease is achieved. The braces can effectively eliminate the snoring disease and is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to use, safe, reliable, non-toxic and harmless, the symptoms of a user are obviously relieved and eliminated, and the elimination rate reaches 99%.
