The air conditioner indoor unit comprises a shell, a first through-flow blade, a second through-flow blade and air guiding structures, wherein the shell comprises an air inlet, a first air outlet and a second air outlet, the first through-flow blade is arranged on the upper portion inside the shell transversely, the second through-flow blade is arranged on the lower portion inside the shell transversely, and the air guiding structures are arranged at the position of the first air outlet and the position of the second air outlet in a rotatable mode respectively. The air guiding structures comprise air deflectors and/or air sweeping blades, wherein the air deflectors are arranged in a rotatable mode around a horizontal shaft fixedly arranged in the shell and the air sweeping blades are arranged in a rotatable mode around a vertical shaft fixedly arranged in the shell. The air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner with the air conditioner indoor unit can realize multi-angle flexible air supply at the positions of the air outlets.
