Carrying out the first aid with the principle of saving life first, dealing with emergency later. Results The 8 groups, 68patients in all can be rescued timely and correctly. No one can be examined mistaden and delayed the illness. And due to this, cause the dispute between and delayed the illness. In addition, there is no medical accident in our emergency department. And the last estimate reach the expected aim. Two patients died in the group. The rate of success to save the paitents is 97. 06%. Conclusion The sey factor of succeeding in saving one's life is to coordinate harmoniously between the doctors and nurses. The hypothesis of guaranteeing a successful saving is having a emergency now and then. In addition, having a correct, effective examine and saving measurement is very important, because anexcellent saving order is beneficial to continuing the nxet stage of saying.
