Evaluation on the application performance of zeolite L in hydrocarbon cracking catalyst

Modified ultra stable zeolite L(USL)is a new type of zeolite,and it can be used as an active component additives of the fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst.The FCC catalyst with zeolite USL and catalyst without USL were evaluated by riser tube unit using heavy oil as feedstock.The results show that the catalyst added zeolite USL cansignificantly enhance the cracking activity,improve the product distribution and the quality of the gasoline.
