Design on Data Communication Interface Card Based on PCI9054

To realize the data transmission between process monitoring computer and control computer,a data communication interface card based on PCI9054 was designed.PCI9054 was used as PCI interface bridging chip;the complex PCI temporal logic was transferred into simple user temporal logic;and MAXⅡ family of CPLD chip from Altera company was applied to complete auxiliary control logic;the interface transmission between PCI interface and external parallel interface was then achieved.The design idea was put forward through CPLD programming to set special function register of interface card and two-way data cache.
