Rückstände von Oxytetracyclin und Furazolidon bei Jungmasthühnern nach Verabreichung subtherapeutischer Dosen

To prevent diseases and to promote growth, chicken are aften treated with subtherapeutic dosages of tetracycline and nitrofuranes. The purpose of this study was to examine poultry tissues for residues of oxytetracycline (OTC) and furazolidone (FZ). Chicken were fed an OTC and FZ supplemented standard diet from 6th to 16th day of fattening. Dates of sampling were the 1, 5, 15 and 25 day after withdrawal of medicated feed. Kidney, liver and muscles were examined for residues of OTC and FZ by HPLC
