The invention belongs to the technical field of macromolecules and discloses a special fully-biodegradable mulch film material conducive to soil moisture preservation and a preparation method of the special fully-biodegradable mulch film material. The material comprises a first component and a second component and is characterized in that the second component is an ethylene/ethenol copolymer, and the first component is prepared from, by mass, 200-450 parts of polylactic acid, 500-800 parts of poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate), 2.5-5 parts of an antioxidant, 2.5-5 parts of an anti-ultraviolet agent, 50-80 parts of a plasticizer and 2-5 parts of erucyl amide. By a raw material ratio, a melted material is high in fluidity, excellent film forming property is achieved, products are high in toughness and tensile strength, and thus excellent-performance degradable much films thinner than 10micrometer can be produced; in addition, raw material airtightness is improved, excellent barrier property is achieved, moisture evaporation can be reduced, and a foundation is laid for preparation of the mulch films with excellent moisture preservation performances.
