Possibilità di sviluppo della tartuficoltura in Sardegna

The pedological an environmental conditions that characterize different areas of Sardinia appear to be favourable to truffle-growing particularly by plant mycorrhization. In this paper the possibilities of truffle-growing in the island are discussed and two projects for this sector are analyzed, one by the Azienda Foreste Demaniali della Regione Sardegna, the other by the Azienda Silvipastoraie di Budduso.
