Studies on the clonal bud of three species of peony

Using three species of peony's stem apex as explant in different conditions, we have studied the callus and tuft buds of three species of peony. The results showed that : (1) the best stem-segment of violet-speckle peony's tuft buds is: Ms + 6-BA0.5+IBA0.2+GA30. 1+ Vc100,(2)the best stem segment of white peony's tuft buds is:MS+6 -BA1. 0 + IBA0.5 + CH100+Vc100,(3)the best stem-segment of red peony's tuft buds is: Ms+6-BA1.0+IBA0. 5 + CH100 + Vc100 .
