According to the production system of the intermediate alloy wires and the production technology of the intermediate alloy wires, high-alloying continuous wire production of products which are difficult to machine and deform is conducted mainly through the technologies of degassing refining, cast bar rapid setting and continuous extrusion, and the requirements for even tissue and high mechanical performance of the products are met.
