Эндоскопическая реканализация пищевода и кардии при опухолевых и послеоперационных рубцововоспалительных стенозах

In the article, different approaches to recovery of esophagus and stomach proximal part permeability during tumor stenosis and cicatricial-inflammatory structures of upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract have been considered. The results of the endoscopic recanalization in patients depending on the degree of dysphagia, seriousness and duration of stenosis, nature of pathologic process have been given. A description of possible complications has been given.
