Ecofeminism in British and American Literature and Its Value Construction

Ecofeminism makes a profound analysis of the social orientation and role play of men and women. Eco- feminism combines ecological theory with feminism, which is the product of the new era. At the same time, it also provides a theoretical guarantee for the creation of a real sense of equality between men and women in education. This paper first studies the ecofeminism in British and American literature and gives the significance of its development. Then it expounds the dialectics between ecologism and feminism. Finally, through the theoretical value of ecofeminism, it analyzes the impact of ecofeminism on current higher education.
