Objective To analyze the efficacy of community health education skill for early-phase obstructive lung disease patients.Methods From March,2010 to March,2012,102 patients diagnosed with earlyphase obstructive lung disease by community health screening were selected as study objects.In accordance with different community interventions,the patients were randomly divided into a control group undertaking conventional intervention and an observation group receiving community health education,51 cases for each group.One year after the intervention,basic pulmonary function,health education effect,negative mood score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the basic pulmonary function and intervention effect were better and negative mood score and quality of life score were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients using Targeted community health education for patients with early-phase obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve their lung function,increase thier compliance,reduce their negative emotions,higher their life quality,and has positive significance.
