Methods of manufacturing the products from composite materials

FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing composites, e. g. for slabs to protect rapidly-wearing surfaces of grooves passing loose materials or gas-dust stream conduits, etc. Method of invention, including preparation of mixture of components and filling of mold to form products, is distinguished by that, mixture of composite material components is prepared by pouring filler, heated to temperature above melting point of matrix metal, into molten matrix metal to give blend which is used to fill mold. EFFECT: enabled conduction of process in any atmosphere, including air, and obviated necessity of preheating mold when large-size products are molded.
