Gluing method by using UV adhesive

The invention discloses a gluing method by using an ultraviolet (UV) adhesive, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a UV irradiation area on the edge of each workpiece; coating the UV adhesive between the workpieces, and extruding the workpieces to make the UV adhesive diffused to the periphery; and when the UV adhesive is diffused to the edge area, switching on a UV light source corresponding to the area, and performing UV irradiation on the area until the UV adhesive is diffused to each edge of each workpiece and a gap between the workpieces is filled with the UV adhesive. In the gluing method by using the UV adhesive, the characteristic that the viscosity of UV resin can be changed under ultraviolet irradiation is utilized, the UV light source is arranged in the edge area of each workpiece, and the flow rate of the UV adhesive in the edge area of each workpiece is changed by the UV light source, so that the diffusion speeds of the UV adhesive in various directions are balanced, the UV adhesive is uniformly distributed between the workpieces, the gap between the workpieces is filled with the UV adhesive, and the UV adhesive cannot be overflowed. When products such as a liquid crystal touch screen and the like are produced by the method, the production period is short, the method is easy to operate, product quality is high, and mass production is easy to realize.
