Radiation and detection of terahertz pulse in〈331〉 oriented ZnTe single crystal

〈331〉 oriented ZnTe crystals are grown by Te-solution method and the crystals are investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and infrared transmission microscope technique.The 〈331〉 oriented ZnTe crystals pumped by Ti:Sapphire laser,are emitted and detected THz width about 5 THz.The〈331〉 oriented ZnTe crystals grown by Te-solution method,exhibit good property of THz radiation.
