We need the University of Antioquia in 2026, to become a university teaching, research and extension, more suited to the twenty-first century, and yet rooted in visions and practices of the twentieth century that has passed. One of the ways to achieve , it is to follow the philosophy, policy and practice that gives the Open Science.
