All ethical issues ultimately involve consideration of what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’. Ethics are about ordinary everyday actions, as well as the higher consideration of their value. No service can be evaluated, therefore, without considering what it ‘means’ to both the person in receipt of the service, and the person delivering the service.
