Polynucleotide-immobilized support

Provided is a polynucleotide-immobilized support in which non-specific hybridization is minimized while maintaining the excellent immobilizing capacity of a polypyrimidine tract for immobilizing a polynucleotide. The present invention is a polynucleotide comprising a solid-phase carrier, and a functional polynucleotide immobilized on the solid-phase carrier with the polypyrimidine tract interposed therebetween. The polynucleotide comprises a polypyrimidine tract having a base sequence with two or more consecutive pyrimidine bases, and a functional region comprising a functional base sequence, wherein the hybridization capacity of the polypyrimidine tract is minimized.
