Sorafenib composition and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a sorafenib composition. The composition is prepared from sorafenib micro powder, prepared by a spray drying technology, of D90 within the range of 100 and 1000nm, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. A sorafenib tablet prepared by tabletting the composition disclosed by the invention has the characteristic of high dissolution rate.
