The patient is a 60-year-old female with invasive ductal carcinoma of left breast, Estrogen Receptor/Progesterone Receptor positive, Human Epidermal Growth factor 2 (HER2) negative, status post left mastectomy and chemoradiation in 2014. The patient is currently being treated for metastatic disease
