Patent rejection process display system and method

The invention discloses a patent rejection process display system and method. The method includes the steps: acquiring all official communications of a patent application from a storage of an electronic device and reading concrete contents of each official communication; analyzing each official communication, extracting rejected claims in each official communication and building rejection information corresponding to the rejected claims; building a note of each official communication according to preset rules; displaying the rejection information corresponding to the rejected claims in the official communication on a display device of the electronic device when the node corresponding to one official communication is selected. By the method, the patent rejection information can be automatically extracted from all the official communications of one patent application, and the patent rejection process is displayed according to the preset rules.
