국내 표준기상년 데이터에 대한 불확도 산출 및 분석

Typical meteorological year(TMY) data are generally used when evaluate performance of zero energy building and system related to new and renewable energy. The data which were used in this paper were produced by new and renewable energy resource center in Korea institute of energy research(KIER) according to the production of TMY data procedure certified as reference standards procedure. It consists of hourly values of solar radiation and meteorological elements for a 1 year period based on long term data base. Uncertainty of it is important to verify reliability of the data. In this paper, uncertainty evaluation is done obeying guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement(GUM). Among the data, hourly global horizontal irradiance(GHI) and meteorological elements were measured value, but direct normal irradiance(DNI) was predicted applying Reindl-2 model. For this reason, uncertainty of the model and two variables were added to DNI unlike other measured elements. Finally, uncertainty of the data was analyzed in 10 cities of South Korea.
