Autoeficacia y red de apoyo social en adultos mayores

The purpose of the study was to describe the self-efficacy of the old people to perform activities of the diary life, their social support network and the relationship between them. For that, based on a quasi-experimental- descriptive- correlational design, were interviewed 100 old people who attend to Old People’s Garden of Chapultepec. In which, as part or the results, where found significant correlations coefficients Pearson’s “r”, between self-efficacy, general and its domains, and the general social support network so as with some of its components, especially the emotional support.
