The construction of a " double certificated" teacher team with solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability is an important safeguard for implementation of work-integrated learning, comprehensive improvement of the quality of vocational education and cultivation of highly skilled personnel. On the basis of clarifying the internal relation between work-integrated learning and " double certificated" teachers team construction, aiming at the status and existing problems of " double certificated" teachers team construction in vocational colleges, exploring the new initiatives in " double certificated" teachers team construction has become an urgent need for sustained and healthy development of vocational education.
