Firstly, this essay analyzes the passenger dedicated line station operating plan adjustment principle of abnormal conditions. Secondly, establishes optimization model to minimize customer dissatisfaction, minimize the adjustment costs and minimize the associated delay time as the goal, and designs a practical algorithm for the model. Finally, the model and algorithm are demonstrated by examples.
