Production method of inorganic nanometer zinc oxide multifunctional composite antibacterial flocking villus

2010
The invention provides a production method of inorganic nanometer zinc oxide multifunctional composite antibacterial flocking villus, comprising the following steps of: firstly preparing hydrophilic modified polyester chip, mixing zinc oxide powder with particle size being less than 100 nanometers with fiber-forming polymer according to the weight ratio of 20-35:80-65, and producing master batch suitable for the production of polyester fiber by a special technology; mixing the specially-made master batch with the hydrophilic modified polyester chip in the proportion of 5wt%-15wt%, carrying out vacuum drying, fusing, spinning by a spinning device, winding in a winding machine via a passageway, and falling into a bucket to obtain as-formed fiber; bundling a plurality of buckets of as-formed fibers by a creel, drafting to obtain uncurled tows, cutting the tows to obtain the inorganic nanometer zinc oxide multifunctional composite antibacterial flocking villus with the length of 1mm; and rinsing, drying, screening and packaging the villus to obtain the hydrophilic inorganic nanometer zinc oxide multifunctional composite antibacterial flocking villus for electrostatic spinning. The hydrophilic inorganic nanometer zinc oxide multifunctional composite antibacterial flocking villus is used for the flocking industry, which is a novel ideal and can bring a new function to a flocking product.
