Film forming method, Seimakutai, and dye-sensitized solar cells

2012
The present invention is a method for forming a porous film of an inorganic substance on a base by spraying fine particles of the inorganic substance onto the base so that the base and the fine particles are bonded with each other and the fine particles are also bonded with each other. In the method for forming a porous film of an inorganic substance, the fine particles are composed of at least two kinds of fine particles having different average particle diameters, namely small-diameter particles and large-diameter particles. The present invention provides: a method for forming a porous film of an inorganic substance, which does not require a firing step; a body having a film formed thereon, which is formed by the film forming method; and a dye-sensitized solar cell which has the body having a film formed thereon.
