Dike Line for Rebuilding Dike of Songhua River in Sanjiazi Part of Harbin

Sanjiazi dike are located on the Songhua River left side downstream of Harbin City.The present dike was rebuilt later.The scientifical basis to determine the engineering optimum planning is provided by the Sanjazi dike rebuilding in this paper.
