The invention discloses a torque converting mechanism, comprising a hub body and a plurality of driving wheels which are arranged around the hub body and can only unidirectionally rotate, wherein the axis of the hub body is parallel to the axis of the driving wheels, and elastic elements are arranged between the hub body and the driving wheels, and are used for restraining the center distances between the hub body and the driving wheels. Since the elastic elements are adopted for restraining the center distances between the hub body and the driving wheels, and when the driving wheels are subjected to torsion variation, i.e. the input torque is variable, the center distance between the hub body and the driving wheels is variable, so that the goal that the output torque is variable is achieved.
