New, convenient and efficient method of obtaining aromatic iodides from anilines by the reaction of diazotization-iodination under the influence of NaNO2/KI/p-TsOH or NaHSO4 at 20 °С in water paste has been proposed. The developed method meets the requirements of «green chemistry» made to modern chemical processes.
