A Fusion Prognostics Framework for Electronic System

Based on the research and analysis of prognostics technology in Prognostics and Health Management(PHM) and its technological evolution, the state of the art of prognostics methods at home and abroad is classified and summarized. Combined with the advantages of fault prognostics based on physics-of-failure model and fault prognostics based on condition monitoring, a conceptual framework based on fusion prognostics of electronic systems is proposed, and the workflow is described in detail. Finally, the existing problems and challenges of prognostics technology for electronic system are analyzed, and the main development direction of the technology is prospected.
