Welding method of temperature pipe and main water feeding pipe

The invention provides a welding method of a temperature pipe and a main water feeding pipe. The welding method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) a high-chrome nickel austenite stainless steel welding wire or a nickel-based welding wire is selected as a welding material; (2) transition layers are overlaid at the parent metal side of the main water feeding pipe by the welding material in the step (1), and at least two transition layers are arranged; and (3) a welding center of the main water feeding pipe and the temperature pipe is found out; and the temperature pipe and the main water feeding pipe are welded through electrically welding the welding material in the step (1). The selected welding material accords with the parent metal requirement of the main water feeding pipe, and the linear expansion coefficient of the welding material is between the linear expansion coefficient of the temperature pipe and the linear expansion coefficient of the main water feeding pipe, so that the heat crack resistance of welding line metals and the high-temperature performance of a welding joint can be satisfied.
