HISTOCHEMICAL LOCALIZATION OF ACCUMULATED ZINC IN SOYBEAN AND FENUGREEK

Attempts have been made to localise the accumulated zinc in soybean and fenugreek with the help of dithizone. Zinc was found to accumulate along the cell wall suggesting an apoplastic movement.
