Enhanced coercivity NdFeB magnet-based thermal deformation, the preparation method disclosed in the present invention and its application, including magnetic thin strip constituting the crystallized mixture was quenched with nanocrystals and doped nanocrystalline between spun ribbon heavy rare earth oxides, thin strip crystallization mixture consisting essentially of (in weight fraction), Nd: 21-31%; B: 5.5-6%; Ga: 0.2-0.8%; M: 0-22.3%, I an amount of iron and other inevitable trace impurities, wherein M is praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium, copper, cobalt, one or several, and the crystal thin strip-like mixture of neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium overall quality of the grain 29-31% of the total mass of a mixture of thin strip, heavy rare earth oxide comprises from 0.1 to 6% of the total mass of the crystallization of a mixture of thin strip. The present invention effectively improves the maximum energy product and the impact of heavy rare earth elements added NdFeB magnets for magnetization, production costs, improve the stability of coercive force and temperature, and reducing the cost of production and application of heavy rare earth elements.
