The invention provides an energy-saving drive circuit with a flexibly-controllable duty ratio. The energy-saving drive circuit comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a sixth resistor, a seventh resistor, a first operational amplifier, a first audion, a first diode, a triangular-wave generator, a first power supply and a direct-current motor. According to the energy-saving drive circuit with the flexibly-controllable duty ratio, the power loss of the motor drive circuit is reduced, and the working efficiency of the motor is improved.
