КЛИНИЧЕСКАЯ ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА ПРЯМЫХ РЕСТАВРАЦИЙ ПРИ НАЧАЛЬНОЙ СТАДИИ ПОВЫШЕННОЙ СТИРАЕМОСТИ ЗУБОВ

The comparison of quality of restoration of posterior teeth with initial stage of teeth attrition has been evaluated. The research showed that the best quality of restoration with early stage of tooth attrition was showed by indirect restorations by means CEREC as group of comparison. However using of the thermoplastificized composite materials (with increased conversion) for restoration of defects with early stage of tooth attrition increases safety of the restorations during the observation according to clinical criteria for evaluation of filling`squality, electrometric indicators and satisfaction of patients. Restoration with thermoplastificized composite materials increases quality of sealing by 1,6 times in comparison with a traditional technique, allows to reduce risk of complications, to stabilize a clinical state and satisfaction of patients with restoration for 2 years of observation.
