A New Conceptual Model for Promoting Municipality’s Integrated Database: An Open Window to Public

Information on the properties in a certain district of Municipality and in the whole town in general is very important for the citizens, private, and public organizations in managing and expanding the administrative and commercial activities. This article focuses the information on housing available in municipality districts. Providing property-related information together with the information on taxes levied on properties will depict a more outstanding role for the municipality in rendering services. The ISCIS proposed model suggests a valid integrated database available to public considering security issues.
