杭锦2(上标 #)土脱色剂的制备及其对植物油脱色性能的研究

A vegetable oil decolorant was prepared from Hangjin 2 clay and used in the decoloration of vegetable oil. The effects of HCI concentration of activation, temperature and time of calcination, solid-liquid ratio, bleaching temperature and time on bleaching were studied. The results show that the decolo rant can be prepared from Hangjin 2 clay by activated with 10% HC1 at 105℃ for 1h, then filtrated and washed to pH5, dried and calcinated for 2 h at 300℃. The optimum bleaching conditions with the prepared decolorant is the ratio of oil to declolrant 100: (1.5~2), bleaching temperature 90~95℃ ,bleaching time 30min. The effect of decolorant prepared from huangjin 2(superscript #) cla is superior to market bleaching earth.
