Colonic Intussusception Induced by Massive Tubular Adenoma in a Patient Post-Radiofrequency Ablation

While intussusception is commonly reported in children, it is quite rare in adults and almost always secondary to a definable lesion. Incidence of adult intussusception has been estimated to range from 0.003 to 0.02 % [1].
