BSC를 활용한 관광개발정책사업의 핵심성과지표 개발 및 적용

The purpose of this study is to utilize a Balanced Scorecard (hereinafter "BSC") in order to develop a Key Performance Indicator (hereinafter "KPI") concerning tourism development policy projects and to develop a weighted value on the KPI so that a performance indicator standard and performance system on government financial projects can be built and applied to actual tourism development policy projects. Primary selection of KPI was made for each perspective through previous studies and final KPI was selected based on expert opinions, and the names of partial KPIs were changed according to the tourism development policy projects. The significance of the study is focused on utilizing BSC to develop a balanced KPI that reflects not only financial aspects, but also non-financial aspects such as customer and internal process, regional growth, etc. Furthermore, the priority concerning the KPIs developed through previous studies and expert opinions have been analyzed. Partial indicators that have been developed to promote understanding for the public officials related to on-site tourism development policy projects were applied to existing projects and evaluated.
